You are a confident, hands-on and collaborative leader. You are creative, innovative and have the gravitas to work with very senior and exacting leaders. You are agile to operate at the highest level of strategic HR business partnering with flexibility to be tactical when needed.

You are commercially savvy with and in-depth business knowledge in market research industry. You are adept at coaching senior leaders and their teams in driving values-based behaviors and business performance.

You have worked in a highly matrixed organization and able to balance local, regional and global priorities with multiple stakeholders. You have proven ability to build excellent working relationship and collaboration across the organization.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Director to join our team in Indonesia. In this strategic leadership role, you will be instrumental in deploying and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will oversee the full HR spectrum, including talent management, rewards and benefits, recruitment, and training. As a management expert, you will provide comprehensive support in career development, performance evaluations, and employee mentorship, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged and motivated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive organizational growth in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
- Talent Management:

- Oversee talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Implement succession planning and workforce development programs.
- Rewards & Benefits:

- Design and manage competitive rewards and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Ensure rewards and benefits align with industry standards and company policy.
- Recruitment & Training:

- Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the acquisition of high-caliber talent across all departments.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Performance Management:

- Lead the performance evaluation process, ensuring consistency and fairness across all departments.
- Implement performance metrics and feedback mechanisms to encourage continuous improvement.
- Employee Mentorship:

- Establish and manage mentorship programs that foster a culture of learning and development.
- Act as a mentor and coach for managers and employees, offering advice and support for professional growth.
- Organizational Development:

- Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and adaptability.
- Compliance and Best Practices:

- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director or similar, within Indonesia or the Asia-Pacific region.
- Strong track record of developing and executing HR strategies that enhance business performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, rewards and benefits, recruitment, and training.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance in Indonesia.
