The Sales Manager is a customer facing role responsible for winning business. You will develop notions on midterm developments for your own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit.

As a Bently Nevada Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Selling software, product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects, within a specified geographic area
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement stakeholders from client and internally.
- Creating a proposal which includes Technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects.
- Working closely with Channel partners/distributors and diversify clients in a region, supporting diverse clients in a region.
- Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders and focusing on small-medium size local territory.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have minimum 5 years of technical and/or sales experience in conditional monitoring/instrumentation/mechanical products.
- Have an in country sales experience in managing distributor/channel partners.
- Have demonstrate successful experience in B2B Sales - Industrial.
- Be able to travel domestically to customer sites or offices around 50% of the time
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have customer-focused mindset and have a structured, efficient approach to responding to customer needs
