**Job title** - Evaluation Support Assistant P&B

**Location** - Jakarta, Indonesia

**Job model**- Hybrid

The Evaluation Support Assistant, P&B is responsible for assisting Fragrance Development Manager (FDM)s in all evaluation and submission process. This function will be based at dsm-firmenich Tanah Abang office and reporting to FDM who is based in Jakarta at the same location.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Assist the FDMs in the evaluation session and preparing all the evaluation tools
- Prepare the submission samples, labelling and evaluation tools
- Manage the inventory of evaluation tools
- Be the admin and manage all related data
- Organize expert panel sessions for fragrance evaluations

**You bring**
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major study
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years experience (fragrance industry experience would be an advantage)
- Excellent admin and manage the data, good knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel)
- Pay attention to details, discipline, careful and organized
- Strong time management skills
- Self-directed individual with a Positive and Can-Do attitude
