**Job Description**:

- Supervises procurement requests, issuance, inventory, and disposal of office supplies, uniforms, and other materials controlled by the department.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping by ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Managing assets : Tagging, Update & Maintain Asset Master Data, Maintain assets/facilities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Min 3 years experience in the same role
- Have a good command of English, communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
