You will define and lead the marketing strategy for the Personal Health business in Indonesia. Personal Health is Philips Consumer business, offering products in Personal Care and Health & Wellness categories. Executing the strategy through a team of marketers, the role will also provide leadership and guidance to the team members. Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Lead of Personal Health Indonesia, you will work closely with the local management team, as well as the JAPAC Consumer Direct Marketing team.

**You are responsible for**
- Lead the marketing team in formulating and executing marketing strategies/plans to achieve the sales turnover, market share and other financial indicator; grow the business to the next level as the No.1 brand in the industry.
- Own A&P funds, plan and ensure that all advertising and consumer marketing activities are running in a strategic, cost-effective way in line with the vision of the business.
- Manage the implementation of consumer marketing plans/strategies together with sales team through offline and online channels.
- Drives consumer insights and customer intimacy to drive a consumer first approach and outperforming the competition, driving brand strengths and market share.
- Lead marketing team to ensure product categories sales and margin targets are met and manages locally relevant product portfolio, rationalization and pricing strategies and maintain healthy inventory level.
- Translate annual business plans into Quarterly and Monthly activity/account plans with sales lead.
- Deploy best in class marketing analysis (market share analysis, competition analysis) and define fact based corrective action based on analysis.
- Ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization.
- Oversee the Retail Excellence arm - which include store promoters management and in-store excellence to achieve breakthrough in sell-through results.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**:

- 10 -15 years of product marketing experience preferably in the consumer domain.
- Possess an outstanding business acumen/commercial sense.
- Experienced with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management.
- Well verse in marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline).
- Proven experience with product market introductions strategy.
- Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box.
- Proven leadership skills with experience of managing diverse teams.
