**What you’ll do**:
These may include but not be limited to print and display procurement, account management, liaising with clients and managing approvals of printed proofs and attending press checks.
- Collaborate with Client’s merchandising team on developing of Visual Merchandising POSM, e.g. COC, Trays, Standee, Store dress up, Hangers and Accessories Display tools, etc.
- Collaborative with client for structural design of displays in terms of raw material uses, safety, functional aspects. Should provide optimize solution to clients.
- Collaborate with Vendors to execute design given by merchandising team and manage the production.
- Partner with Creative Visual Merchandisers to ensure that Creative meets budgets, timelines and executions.
- Visit relevant markets to provide support in Visual Merchandising implementation.
- Regularly research design inspiration in global culture, architecture, fashion, art, furniture and materials. Build and maintain an archive of visual and material inspirations

**What you'll bring**:

- Proven work experience as Production Manager/ Planner who understands about creative design, Visual Merchandising in the Cosmetics industry.
- Must be proficient with all MAC / PC platforms, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, sketch up and PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Practical skills for supporting window / in-store and event installations.
- Passion and interest in sustainability and circular business model initiatives
- Retail and wholesale shop planning project experience will be a plus.
