- Berpenampilan rapi dan berkepribadian energik.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk pengembangan bisnis di sektor industri/pabrik (Industri makanan & minuman baik skala pabrik maupun menengah kebawah/UMKM)
- Menyusun rencana penjualan dan melaporkan hasil kunjungan daily visit serta penjualan harian maupun bulanan pada atasan
- Melakukan kunjungan customer potensial
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan customer
- Membuat penawaran harga, proposal sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer
- Memasarkan, mengedukasi, dan mempromosikan produk perusahaan kepada customer
- Target yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan tercapai
- Melakukan negosiasi harga kepada customer
- Memberikan masukan ide untuk tim dalam pengembangan produk-produk serta strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan

Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun di bidang sales industri atau B2B
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki pengetahuan tentang mesin pengolahan dan pengemasan makanan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan baik
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan tantangan
- Mampu menguasai Microsoft Office
- Memiliki kemampuan kerjasama tim dengan baik
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM
- Memiliki database customer adalah sebagai nilai tambah
