**About the Role**

You will collaborate with other Collections unit, Operations, Data Science, and Risk Analytics teams, also with Software engineers. With your expertise, you will be instrumental in helping Gojek Financial Services Platform achieve goals as the most preferred financial services platform in the region and beyond.

**What You Will Do**:

- Generate regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc portfolio metrics reports, also making recommendations to Collections Managers on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business
- Ensure the data integrity from/in the collection database
- Supports development and execution of strategic analytics & reporting initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct various pre-implementation and post-implementation analyses to estimate/measure business impact caused by model adoption (such as revenue increase, cost reduction)
- Coordinate with the Data Science team and Ops BI team in building Collections models, strategy, and reporting for optimal collections operations
- Monitors Collections System performance, enhancements of Collections system, user acceptance testing, monitoring parameters, monitoring campaign rules, and addresses any issues related with Collections System

**What You Will Need**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Informatics/Data Science/Statistics/Math/Finance (or equivalent educational background)
- At least 2 years experience of relevant cumulative working experience as Collections MIS Analytics Supervisor is a must; consolidation experience is crucial
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Collections in Consumer and Commercial Credit products
- Strong Data Mining capabilities; advanced knowledge of SQL and also dexterity in spreadsheets (GSheet or MS Excel) is a must, and advanced knowledge of BI and other analytical tools such as Tableau/ R/Python/SAS will be plus points
- Established competency and experience in handling large and complex data sources
- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
