**About Our Client**:
Our client is a one stop solution platform for Indonesian MSMEs to go international. The company focuses on expanding and exporting local products to the global market, supporting the product distribution process, and facilitating financing and capital for potential products. Client is a fast-growing company and has successfully brought local products to foreign countries, including spices, coconut, renewable energy, seafood, snacks, beverages, and many more.
Currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to generate leads, meet sales targets, and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. The position involves negotiating contracts with clients as well as delivering sales presentations.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive the adoption of F&B products within the modern retail sector. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of the retail industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the modern retail segment.
- Stay informed about competitor products and market dynamics.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within retail organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Present and promote the features and benefits of F&B products to retail customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials.
- Work closely with clients to understand their product preferences and collaborate with internal teams for customization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to contribute to product innovation and development.
- Lead negotiations with retail clients, addressing pricing, terms, and contract agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and meet customer expectations.
- Sell-in and sell-out stock monitoring
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the modern retail sector
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B industry or modern retail.
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
