Key Responsibilities

**I. Macro Management of**: Conduct Analysis, Formulating Strategy, Establish Execution Plan, managing and leading team

**II. Micro Management**: Manage daily work as the following detail:
Policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in an organization.
In addition to that, a senior HR manager is also responsible to shape a company’s work and employee policy.
In general, a senior HR manager must be experienced and well-versed with technology and tools like an applicant tracking system, and payroll system.
a senior HR manager is responsible to contribute in developing a better and healthy work environment for all the employees in an organization.
an HR manager is assigned to analyze the department’s performance metrics and comes up with even better strategies that help in boosting productivity throughout the organization.
a senior HR manager, responsible to make sure that the employees are satisfied and thus you’ll have to work on employee benefit and bonus programs to avoid employee frustration.
Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on
Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing
Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans
Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process
Works and attends in-house recruitment drives to attract the right talent for business needs
Collaborate with Assistant Managers and others managers and discusses the employee career progression and paths
Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate
Work and define the budget for HR programs
Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with the federal and state laws
Supervise HR programs and campaigns
Manage the labor issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
Update the database to strengthen the organization’s base through authentic records
Develops initiatives like culture familiarity, succession planning, diversity, and inclusion
Help in establishing a better work environment by preventing litigation and inquiring about various discrimination and harassment cases between employees
Contributes to establishing the workspace safety by conducting time to time inspections to ensure whether the safety policies are being followed or not
Monitor the HR department and ongoing HR processes
Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and human resources vice president for a productive outcome and better targeting of organizational goals
Handle the employee complaints and addresses them with unique strategies and solutions for such challenges
Suggest changes and improvements for the better functioning and productivity of the HR department
Works to arrange tours and interesting interactive sessions to onboard the employees
Conduct employee orientations to familiarize them with the company’s ethics and culture
Directly supervise the employee talent acquisition processes to ensure they hire the best fit for the company’s needs
Ensure a healthy work environment by conducting interesting and fun sessions like events to engage the employees more
Observe and analyze the performance metrics, and use the data in strategy and policy development
Organize the employee training and learning programs
Decide the budget for HR processes
Provide time-to-time feedback to employees on their performance
Ensures that both the department and employees comply with the company’s policies and state-level rules and regulations
Moreover, a senior HR manager is also responsible to boost the employee relations and personnel administration tasks to make sure they comply with the company’s long-term and short-term goals.

On top of that, a senior HR manager also contributes efforts to developing better human resources policies, rules, and strategies based on the performance and HR metrics and relevant statistics.

**Key Requirements**:
Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource or business management
5 years of proven experience as a HR manager
Exceptional human resources management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management
Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software
Sound knowledge of federal and state labor laws for HR
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Excellent people management skills
Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations
Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
Abilities to ensure legal compliance
