**Summary**:

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
**Location: Bali, Indonesia**
**This job has responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest service department
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests and special requests
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on feedback
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests
- Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Lead, train, and supervise the guest service team
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in guest service or customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficient in using OPERA system
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
