We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to be a part of FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic **Front Office Captain **to lead our front desk team at Finns Beach Club. In this role, you will ensure the highest level of guest service while overseeing daily front office operations and supporting the Front Office Manager.

**Location: Bali, Indonesia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Supervise and train front office staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of front office transactions and prepare reports as needed for management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
