- Define and implement product development and product management plan
- Create new product solutions for both internal and external end-users
- Initiate, analyze, propose, and launch new product ideas (product development)
- Maintain existing app products (product management)
- Coordinate and work closely with business teams to launch and market a new product
- Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and above in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, and business administration.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Product Management field
- Good communication in both spoken and written forms to facilitate discussion across stakeholders
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-function teams
- Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
