**The Role**
- Conduct research and analysis on various programmatic themes.
- Document and map current program activities.
- Collaborate with different teams for data collection and insights.
- Collecting and entry data regarding the research.
- Prepare reports and presentations on research findings.
- Support ad hoc research and analysis tasks as required.

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a keen interest in international development and global challenges.
- A recent graduate, postgraduate student, or final undergraduate student in Economics, Development Economics, Finance or other related quantitative-focused discipline.
- A desire to learn and contribute to impactful projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both English and Bahasa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.
- Minimum 18 years old.
