**The Role**
- Prospera seeks the services of Research Analyst Public Sector Performance to support Prospera’s advisory works in improving public sector performance in governance, coordination, and increasing use of digital technology, tools and transformation of the public sector for better policy development, evidence and services.
- The Research Analyst will support the implementation of Prospera’s public sector strategy, the delivery of the activities and programs for initiatives such as the integration of public services, the integration of government administration, and change management of digital government implementation. The position should have excellent organisation and administration skills in managing stakeholders and collaboration between GoI and Australian Agencies. The position will support key institutional reforms, human capital development, such as governance improvement and outcome-based performance management.
- In performing this assignment, the Research Analyst will work in close collaboration with the Public Sector Team, other Prospera advisers, Australian agencies and Indonesian government partners as well as work across a few of the above topic areas. In addition to this, he/she is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge about contemporary issues in public sector reform and digital transformation with global and regional good practices.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the areas related to implementing institutional/organisational reform, change management, human capital development, and digital transformation
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a large-scale institutional reform implementation including in organisation, business process, digital and human capital aspects—working experience with a government agency or with a large public organisation will be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to conduct research and analysis (quantitative with sufficient data analysis skill and qualitative with good analytical thinking) on complex institutional and structural issues; articulate issues and recommend solutions.
- Ability to produce high-quality presentation materials, data visualization, working papers, brief, and contribute to major reports.
- Ability to effectively provide professional support to senior staff with highly developed reading and writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
