**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on furniture or industrial engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the furniture industry.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD software MUST.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to relocate in Semarang.
