**General Overview**:

- Collect and maintain a farmer database, monitor planting and harvest wise in a district, and carry out projects on the ground to ensure the availability of valid and updated field condition data to support the company's business development.**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collecting data and maintaining farmer databases such as farmer name, area, crops cultivated by meeting with the village head and village secretary to get data which is used to make season analysis.
- Monitoring of Crop progress - % of harvesting and % of planting district-wise.
- Input demand forecasting - by product and by SKU and for every districtcs
- Analyzing cultivation problems in the local area, such as pest & disease attacks etc.
- Plant growth survey on monthly basis, to arrive at harvest and peak harvest timing of each district /sub-districts, to collect data to make off-take planning
- Expanding close connection with input companies representatives, joint partners of their field trials, to reach out to farmers directly.
- Research on agriculture waste management
- Research on supply chain management (wet corn and dry corn)
- Capturing on drying facility that’s available

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication Skills
-Understanding of research methodology, primarily qualitative
-S1 Agriculture (Agrotechnology, Agronomy, Soil Science, Pests and Diseases of Agribusiness Plants),
-S1 Agriculture Engineering (Agricultural Mechanisation, Food Technology Science)
-Minimum 1-year experience in agriculture-related company (Food and Vegetables Crops, pesticides, seeds, fertilizers)
-Understanding GAP
- Have SIM C (Driving Licence) with Two Wheelers.
