- Coordinate improvement on the production, NPD and engineering line.
- Responsible for pilot projects before mass production with the production department.
- Coordinate with other sections (pre & post process) of injection, metalizing, and UV coating process of packaging making.
- Conduct thorough inspection & supervision of production process improvement projects to increase production productivity.
- Carry out a thorough inspection & supervision of the implementation of K3 policies in the section.
- Responsible for weekly report relate to achievement and ssue work reports of Quantity, Quality (Reject rate), Time (OTIF).
- Carry out project assignments given by the Engineering Manager related to project & improvement and alignment with customer specification needs.

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- At least 5 years of working experience in improvement production, production engineering, industrial engineer, or CI role as middle management.
- Experience in manufacturer with injection, metalizing and coating system are preffered for this position, packaging background is priority.
- Proven contribution handling B2B requisition and customized order.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be based at Central Java as permanent employee.
