**Requirements**:
- Min. Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration field of study
- At least min. one year of experience
- Proficient in operating Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Proven experience in invoicing. preferably within an outsourcing or service-oriented environment
- Familiar with Click-up Project Management
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and good time management skills
- Experienced as a Client Service Representative
- For Maternity Leave (4 months)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Assist in payroll administration
- Manage end-to-end invoicing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for invoicing and personnel administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to invoicing and personnel administration
- Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, related to invoicing and personnel records.
