**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Good knowledge and familiar with:
- a. HTML, MySQL
- b. Operating System: Unix/Linux, Windows
- c. Middleware, Weblogic, SQL
- Demonstrate a good analytical and coordination skill to support ticketing, issue analysis, troubleshooting, testing and deployment, incident recovery, improvement and all adhoc Request
- Good English communication skills (written and oral)
- Will to work at customer site
- Will to work in shifting (24/7)
