Senior Manager Commercial and Operations

**Position Overview**:
As the Senior Manager Commercial & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our beauty clinic brand (SOZO). Your focus will be on developing and executing commercial strategies that enhance our market position, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize revenue. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the seamless implementation of strategies, exceptional customer experiences, and achievement of business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Strategy Development**: Develop and refine the overall commercial strategy for the beauty clinic retail brand, aligning it with the company's goals and vision. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
**Operational Excellence**: Oversee and optimize the operational processes across various functions, including Operations, Telesales, and Area Management. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the overall customer experience.
**Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, including the Operations Manager, Telesales Manager, and Area Manager. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve targets.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with marketing campaigns, product launches, and financial goals. Collaborate with the VP of Operations to report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Customer Experience Enhancement**: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with the brand's promise of exceptional service. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.
**Market Expansion**: Identify and evaluate opportunities for geographical expansion and new market entry. Lead the Area Manager in executing market-specific strategies to penetrate new regions and increase brand presence.
**Financial Management**: Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to commercial operations. Monitor expenses and revenue, making strategic adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive innovation.
