Facilities Coordinator

**1. Service Management**: Ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of soft services such as janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste management, security, catering, mailroom, and other essential facility services.
**2. Vendor Management**: Overseeing contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers for soft services, including conducting vendor evaluations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
**3. Budgeting and Cost Control**: Assisting in the development and management of a facility's soft services budget, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
**4. Health and Safety Compliance**: Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to ensure that soft services are provided in adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
**5. Tenant Relations**: Liaising with tenants, addressing their concerns or requests related to soft services, providing support and guidance, and maintaining a positive working relationship.
**6. Reporting and Documentation**: Generating and maintaining reports related to soft services performance, vendor performance, and operational metrics. Ensuring that all relevant documentation, such as contracts, service agreements, and maintenance records, are up to date and easily accessible.
**7. Continuous Improvement**: Identifying areas for process improvement, service enhancement, and cost optimization. Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of soft services within the facility.
**8. Emergency Planning and Response**: Participating in emergency planning and response activities, ensuring that soft services support emergency procedures and business continuity plans.
**9. Sustainability Initiatives**: Supporting environmental sustainability initiatives by promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, recycling programs, and other sustainable practices within the facility's soft services operations.
**10Collaboration**: Collaborating with other teams within the facility, such as Facilities Management, Engineering, and Security, to ensure coordination and smooth operation of all services.
