What will you be engaged in?
As our Head of Marketing, you will be the leader of all marketing and communications activities at TREVO. You will be the thought leader in charge of directing team marketing efforts toward ROI positive outcomes.
- Define marketing strategies that are supportive of the overall company growth and expansion plans.
- Develop marketing plans and oversee its day-to-day implementation and activities.
- Collaborate across functions, markets and regions, to drive highly effective, creative, and excellent integrated marketing activities, including but not limited to: advertising; social, digital and experiential conception; media strategy, execution, optimization, program reporting; and growth and performance tactics.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Outdoor and Indoor Advertising, Communications and Creative Activation campaigns
- Ensure that TREVO's brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - detailing budget allocation across different channels and setting Cost Per Acquisition targets for each channel and targeted campaign
- Setting, monitoring and reporting the team's goals to other key stakeholders in the team
- Lead the management of creative and media agency partners to foster best-in-class and highly productive agency partnerships.

- Work experience as Head of Marketing/Growth or VP Marketing at a start-up, agency or client-side marketing, with preference in the internet space of sharing economy, travel, technology, or lifestyle brands
- An integrated marketing mindset, passion for creative excellence in storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written, with solid experience in brand and creative strategy, off
- and online media, including social, SEO, SEM, measurement & analytics, project / campaign and agency management
- Knowledge of analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook programmatic advertising, basic SQL and dashboarding
- Experience in managing a multi-million RM marketing budget and delivering aggressive growth oriented results
- Ability to balance a creative mindset with a practical oneCreative, data-oriented and results driven
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
- Ability to think analytically and optimise for campaign ROIs
