Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage customer engagement and retention activities to promote loyalty:

- Identify key drivers of engagement and work with Data Analytics/Actuary to understand the key drivers.
- Manage and execute the initiatives with all related departments supports.
- Monitor the result of the implementation of customer engagement and retention activities.
- Reporting the result of the implementation of customer engagement and retention activities. Responsible to manage persistency and renewal premium initiatives to promote continuation of premium payment:

- Identify key drivers of persistency renewal premium and work with Data Analytics/Actuary to understand the key drivers.
- Manage and execute the initiatives with all related departments supports.
- Monitor the result of the implementation of renewal premium activities.
- Reporting the result of the implementation of renewal premium activities.

Job Specification:
a. Qualification: University / Bachelor Degree

b. Experience: Minimum 4-7 experience years in Life Insurance Company or Financial Institution with audit, data analytics and project management background.

c. Knowledge:

- Project Management Skill.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Creative design content and attention to detail.
- Comfort and experience with a fast-paced environment.
