- Double check the restriction import for incoming SNI & non SNI
- Double check rate with some forwarder for comparison
- Double check documents for all incoming SNI & non SNI shipments to ensure the document are correct, complete, and received before shipment arrive
- Monitoring and ensure all shipments already inputted in the shipping dashboard
- Review all documents and ensure docs are correct and completed before link PIB on EDI system as per custom regulations
- Ensure timely delivery of goods

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder of Transportation Major
- At least 3 years of experience in Shipping, Export-Import Industry.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (VHLookUp, Pivot)
- Great knowledge in shipping, export-import, warehousing, logistic
- Good communication in English both verbal and writing
- Great personality & fast learner
