**Role Purpose**

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring R&H delivers retail unaccredited audits to ‘own brand’ standards across Indonesia with a specific emphasis on auditing within the retail sector.

High quality audits will be delivered that meet the needs of the customer’s specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner providing effective lead auditorship

**Key responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct professional audits in accordance procedures and standards as an ambassador of the LRQA brand to enable delivery of assessment and services that meet the client requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on evaluations, handle general auditor queries are adhered to while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Maintenance of comprehensive necessary documentation.
- Preparation and delivery of regular team updates to the retail audit team
- Provide training and coaching where appropriate and as requested by the Client and COE Team
- To be prepared to travel extensively from time to time to conduct shadow and witnessed evaluations.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties that may be required by the business in line with experience and knowledge and complete the yearly utilization
- Ensure all training is completed on the training system for the mandatory team** **training.

**Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the technical auditing arena. Two years within a retail environment would be essential.
- Level 4 Food Safety & Health & Safety Qualifications or similar
- Successful completion of a recognised Lead Assessor Course - 9K, 14K or 22K
- Excellent computer literacy including, but not limited to, MS packages ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerBI)
- Experience/awareness of the technical/quality standards within the Retail & Hospitality food space including hospitality and retail sectors.
