**Position Overview**:
**Job Requirements**:
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team, create sales strategies, and achieve targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients, including building and maintaining a network of contacts within the industry.
- Managing the sales team, including hiring, training, and setting goals and quotas.
- Set individual sales targets and develop sales plans to meet these goals
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales or technology services sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Experience in selling IT solutions or professional services such as managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution-based selling).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, while promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles.
- In-depth understanding of the IT services and professional services industry.
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and resolve issues in a timely manner.
