**Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan**:

- Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1 (tergantung pada kebijakan perusahaan).
- Pengalaman di bidang sales atau telemarketing lebih disukai.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan target penjualan yang ditentukan.
- Keterampilan organisasi yang baik dan kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri.
- Kemampuan untuk menggunakan perangkat lunak CRM atau aplikasi manajemen penjualan akan menjadi nilai tambah.

**Tanggung Jawab Utama**:

- **Melakukan Panggilan Penjualan**:

- Menelpon calon pelanggan (prospek) yang sudah ada dalam database atau yang telah tertarik dengan produk/layanan perusahaan.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan memberikan solusi yang sesuai dengan produk/layanan yang ditawarkan.
- **Mencapai Target Penjualan**:

- Bekerja untuk mencapai target penjualan bulanan dan tahunan yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.
- Menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan tingkat konversi dari lead menjadi pelanggan aktif.
- **Mengelola Database Pelanggan**:

- Memastikan informasi dalam database pelanggan selalu diperbarui dan akurat.
- Mengelompokkan prospek berdasarkan kriteria tertentu (misalnya, lokasi, minat produk, dll.) untuk menyesuaikan pendekatan penjualan.
- **Memperkenalkan Produk/ Layanan**:

- Menyampaikan informasi yang jelas dan menarik mengenai produk/layanan perusahaan kepada calon pelanggan.
- Membantu pelanggan memahami manfaat dan keunggulan produk/layanan yang ditawarkan.
- **Follow-up dan Retensi Pelanggan**:

- Melakukan follow-up terhadap pelanggan yang telah dihubungi sebelumnya untuk memastikan minat mereka berlanjut atau untuk menangani pertanyaan tambahan.
- Mengelola hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan dan meningkatkan peluang penjualan di masa depan.
- **Menjaga Komunikasi dengan Tim Sales dan Marketing**:

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales dan marketing untuk merencanakan kampanye atau strategi penjualan yang lebih efektif.
- Memberikan feedback terkait prospek dan tanggapan pasar yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan strategi penjualan.
- **Menganalisis Hasil Panggilan**:

- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi hasil panggilan secara teratur untuk mengetahui area yang perlu diperbaiki.
- Melaporkan hasil kinerja harian atau mingguan kepada atasan.
- **Memberikan Laporan Penjualan**:

- Menyusun laporan yang berisi informasi tentang jumlah panggilan, prospek yang berhasil dijalin, serta penjualan yang berhasil direalisasikan.

- **Komunikasi**: Kemampuan untuk berbicara dengan percaya diri dan meyakinkan.
- **Negosiasi**: Keterampilan dalam meyakinkan calon pelanggan untuk membeli produk atau layanan.
- **Pemecahan Masalah**: Kemampuan untuk menangani keberatan atau pertanyaan dari prospek dengan cara yang konstruktif.
- **Manajemen Waktu**: Dapat mengelola waktu dengan efisien agar bisa melakukan banyak panggilan dalam sehari.
- **Penyusunan Laporan**: Kemampuan untuk merangkum dan melaporkan hasil kerja secara teratur.
