Communication Support Coordinator

Role Responsibilities:
The Marketing/Promotion Lead will be fully responsible for the following:
1. Create and deliver marketing campaigns based on directives from headquarters and develop initiative campaigns for local execution.
2. Manage branding and sponsorship placements, ensuring effective execution.
3. Monitor weekly reports to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities.
4. Collaborate with agencies to ensure a strong brand presence in the city.
5. Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Core Objectives:
1. Execute marketing initiatives effectively.
2. Provide local insights to enhance marketing execution.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong skills in data analysis and copywriting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good persona and negotiation abilities to engage with partners.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Field Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with other systems and tools for implementation and tracking.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Strong copywriting skills.
2. Experience in digital marketing.
3. In-depth marketing knowledge.
