Academic Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator with requirements mentioned below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and implement the combined National and Cambridge curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Maintain the highest quality in education, upholding the school’s motto: Graciousness, Confidence, Success, and Perfection.
- Manage and support international and local teachers, facilitating professional development and adherence to curriculum standards.
- Develop and monitor academic programs tailored to the bilingual (English and Chinese) and multicultural student body.
- Coordinate student performance assessments and academic interventions as necessary.
- Foster effective communication between administration, teachers, students, and parents.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and prepare documentation for reviews.
- Promote a culturally inclusive environment, integrating international and local perspectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in educational leadership, especially within international or bilingual school settings.
- Relevant teaching or administrative certifications; Cambridge or SPK certifications are advantageous.

**Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is desirable.
- Analytical abilities for evaluating academic performance and implementing improvements.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in managing diverse, multicultural environments.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining educational excellence.
