**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Preparing financial statements
- BAS (Taxation)
- General administrative duties
- Filing documents and organizing office processe
- Liaise with external accountants and advisors as necessary
- Handling claims
- Coordination with business partners and vendors
- Correspondence: prepare letters, presentations and other documents as requested by superiors
- Schedule management
- Manage office supplies orders
- Manage budget for office needs
**Requirements**:
- Understand accounting and business financial administration
- Attention to detail, organization and commitment to deadlines & highly organized
- Strong problem solving skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration, Engineering, Management Administration
