Sales Incentive Strategy and Management Officer

The Sales Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Incentive Plan proposal Review
- Review simulation and calibration for incentive purposes
- Making change classification (Major/Minor)
- Securing approval for all incentive needed
- Informing the implementation of new scheme to staff and the one who calculate the incentive
- Checking the result of the incentive already in line with the scheme
- Spend and budget review
- Consolidate all the payment approval and sent into Payroll team
- Making a various report
- Communication and implementation governance related that governed by company
- Receipt of outstanding/ongoing cases pending investigation, and communicate into the business team

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Previous banking/analytics experience preferred
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
