Min 10 years of working experience in Sales Performance field with at least 7 years as manager. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment would be preferable
Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these into actionable business insights
Excellence at analytics, problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and team management skill
Strong background in market Analytics Skill, Project Management, and Leadership
Ability to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions
