**The Knowledge, Skills and Requirement**:

- Must possess at least Degree certificate or Master in any Rubber/Polymer/Chemistry in any University or institution that certified by Indonesia government or Ministry of Education.
- At least 5 years working experience in sales or marketing or business development field in rubber or technical rubber or polymer or chemistry industries is preferable.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel for both local and oversea business trip.
- Must be self-motivating person with ambition and good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing or Business Development or Management systems will be an added advantage.
- Possess good working attitude, communication, interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia in both oral and written communication.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Oracle system will be an added advantage.
- Full-Time position.

Tanggung Jawab

**The Roles and Responsibilities of the Job**:

- To execute sales related activities for continuous business growth.
- Servicing and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- To build and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Contact and follow-up on existing and new business leads.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new sales in order to continue and maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- To understand, evaluate customer needs and to suggest appropriate solutions or products which include technical support and advise.
- Handle and manage customer enquiries, follow up in timely manner.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales meeting at local, regional and global level
- Prepare sales report and discuss the business plan & report with Country Manager.
- To perform general administration and duties to support sales operation and activities.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service Team for scheduling and delivery to the customer.
- Prepare and provide quotation & any product related documents (MSDS, SDS, TDS, PDS, etc) to the customer.
- Communicate and notify with Sales and Customer Service team for any price revision to the customers.
- Maintain interface between Customer, Customer Service, QA/QC and Operation team in terms of the delivery management & demand fulfillment process, also issue that related to quality such as customer complaint or goods returned/rejected by the customer.
- Reaches optimum service and highest possible customer satisfaction as a basis for improvement of overall business.
- Assist Country Manager for the payment collection/debt and overdue payment from the customer.
- Assist Country Manager for the payment terms and credit limits for new and potential customers.
- Assist Country Manager on the annual customer satisfaction survey.
- Liaise with Sales, CS team and QA/QC on any customer complaint on the quality related issues.
- Assist Country Manager in KPI tracking and report.
- Undertake and perform any other duties that may be assigned by Country Manager from time to time.
