Membina dan menjaga hubungan dengan Customer dan Jaringan di bawahnya
Memonitoring dan memastikan target Team baik Supervisor dan sales tercapai
Membangun jaringan distribusi di wilayah yang sudah ditentukan
Membantu Take Order ke Customer tidak dicover oleh Sales / SPV Areanya
Membantu Team untuk Follow Up Tagihan Customer yang jatuh tempo
Memberikan pengarahan untuk menambah New Order Outlet (NOO) di area tanggung jawabnya
Mengajukan strategi promosi dan new produck ke atasannya
Evaluasi kerja SPV dan Sales secara periodik
Memantau Kegiatan Kompetitor Aktif
Memberikan semua informasi yang terjadi di lapangan
Melakukan Joint Call / Supervisory call di area tanggung jawabnya.
Jika SPV berhalangan, maka ASM harus bisa menggantikan tugas SPV.
Mengarahkan, mengontrol & mengevaluasi call plan & mapping area yang dibuat team sales & SPV
Membuat Laporan pertanggungjawaban pencapaian Target area tiap bulannya
Mejaga cost ratio sesuai yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
