- **Customer Experience (CX) Management**:Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:Lead and mentor customer service and administrative staff, providing training and ensuring performance goals are met.
- **Relationship Management**:Build strong relationships with key B2B and B2G clients and ensure compliance with contracts through collaboration with stakeholders.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Track operational performance metrics, prepare reports on team performance, and analyze data for trends and growth opportunities.
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, education management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in education, B2B/B2G, or service-oriented industries.
- Experience managing a team and handling complex client relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2G sales cycles and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of the English language training industry is a plus.
