Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide general accounting, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficiency, timely and accuracy in the below scope, as well as ensure compliance with statutory and company accounting policies and procedure.
You will also continually look into and participate in process improvement and play an important role in sharing best practices with your team and functional colleagues.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Follow up on collection and allocate receipts, investigate and resolve customer billing/collection queries
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation related to Accounts Receivable accounts for Finance Manager
- Ensure that all internal and external finance-related requests are responded to promptly and accurately
- Implement B2B A/R, Invoicing, and Collection processes
- Work closely with Sales team to maintain up-to-date billing system
- Help in the implementation of new CRM / ERP system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in E-commerce/Banking/F&B industry
- Good knowledge of AR collection is preferred
- Experience with these or similar tools: NetSuite, Xero, G-sheet & Tableau
- Willing to work hard in a fast-pace environment
- A team player with high stress tolerance and sense of urgency, able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detail work with quick turnaround
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Immediate available is an advantage
