The GrabElectric B2B team is a young team responsible for generating, maintaining, and increasing GrabElectric revenue through B2B channels. We make an impact by creating the largest EV logistic fleet in Indonesia. **Get to know the Role**:
**The day-to-day Activities**:

- Be the main contact point for GrabElectric’ B2B Client(s)
- Manage the ground operations for GrabElectric B2B Client(s)
- Assist the B2B Lead in managing the operations & performance of GrabElectric & external supplier(s)
- Solve or escalate issues from the ground
- Execute improvement projects

**The Must Haves**:

- 2-3 years experience in logistics / 3PL companies
- Have experience managing a small operation team
- Strong communication & people skill
- Willing to work with ambiguity and lots of challenges.
- Creative and have a problem-solving mindset
- Intermediate excel skill
