- Age max 35 years
- Min Education D3 in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in Administration / Secretarial job
- Experience working in the Event Industry will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English (both oral & written)
- Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and a team player
- Good Analytical thinking with complex data and detail oriented
**Job Description**:
- Creating minutes of meeting
- Gathering information to create documents / reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Assisting team to file administration report
- Managing meeting schedule and arranging for appointments
- Involved in participating and helping in the Events
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Gaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp15.000.000 per bulan
