Business Development Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support, including preparation of purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Prepare and upload product listings including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms such as Carousell, Shopee & Shopify.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on delivery schedules and documentation
- Other ad-hoc Business Development duties/projects assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in coordination
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude

**Other details**:

- 5 working days
- Excellent remuneration package based on experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,200,000 per month
