**Job Deskripsi**
- Manage and maintain the director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events
- Take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Conduct research and provide preparation material for meetings and presentations
- Assist in creating reports and proposals for business development purposes
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and foster positive relationships with business partners and clients
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in personal errands and tasks as needed by the director
- Manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
- Can drive a car and have driver's license A
- Experience At least 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or in an administrative role
- Excellent in English, both Speaking and Writing
- Experience in a business development environment is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Personal Attributes Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessary
- Willingness to travel if required
