**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the execution of product operations to support price competitiveness-related metrics for Mega Campaign in Fashion category
- Oversee flash sale program in Tokopedia & ShopTokopedia for Fashion category
- Oversee execution & improvenent for product registration, fulfillment, and curation for Category Campaign & Mega Campaign
- Work with multiple stakeholders to support merchandising-related initiatives
- End to end strategy & execution for Shopping Center
- Continuously evaluate outcomes, manage performance, establish and optimize workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze reports, and optimize quality processes to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in campaign management, e-commerce, or retail industries
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in team management or as a people manager
- Possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to break down performance metrics, and execute actions based on these metrics

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Having experience in merchandising-related tasks would be a plus
- Outstanding skills of problem solving and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Be enthusiastic, result-driven, focus on efficiency and can work under pressure
