Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives (sales promotor) to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure smooth operation of the shop, including managing schedules, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing workflow processes.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing staff.
- Prepare and manage the shop's budget, monitor expenses, and generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry, FMCG, and Startup
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets, with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and senior management.

Working days: Monday-Saturday

**Salary**: 6 -8 Mio Gross
