We are Jetzt Indonesia Manufacturing of Household Appliances Company, focusing on Home Cleaning Product right looking now for:
TikTok Shop Operator Team Leader
- Requirements:
+ Proficient in Mandarin and English

+ Bachelor's degree in any major.

+ Have min. 2-year experience in a related role (used to work with influencers or agencies is preferred). It is better to have experience in e-commerce/sales. If you have managed a brand/shop, that would be great.

+ Campaign & promotion: Explore and plan campaign strategies that align with the current trends to drive the company's GMV.

+ Proactively join the platform campaign and arrange live streaming and short videos.

+ Creators Management: Match the relevant creators to affiliate products. Follow up on the creator's fulfillment and monitor the performance.

+ Lead the live stream team in the day-to-day operation

Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes

+ Able to work overtime: Since the working hours are flexible, you probably need to be able to accept emergency overtime to deal with urgent and important tasks.

+ Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
- Skill:
+ Strong analytical skills, a data-driven person, and proficient with Microsoft Office

+ Running Tiktok or Facebook ads

+ Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
