The Jabo Business Development team is a longstanding team responsible to create as well as support new business for Grab. We make an impact by creating innovative strategies and bring revenue impact. Our team is made up of creative, supportive, fun, and energetic people.
**Get to know the role**
- Fully responsible for designing and delivering business development campaign, monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency, and work with agency to ensure good Grab presence in the city.
- You will be growing Grab the already strong presence in your area
- You will maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction
- You will need to plan, execute, monitor and correct every actions your respective city both for 4W and 2W team
- You will need to drive both internal and external stakeholder management
- You will need to maintain operational standard in your city
- You will need to be able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
- Support City Manager to ensure high retention rate & increase partners LTV
- You will make sure our level of service quality to both Customer side is in exceptionally good stage to minimize complaints
- You are expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost
- You are expected to track spending on timely manner
**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and people management skills
- Excellent in government affairs skills
- Minimum 5 years of primary experience in sales and partnership
- Excellent in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
- Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point
