**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**
- Administrasi documents filing dan data entry ke sistem.
- Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas database pelanggan dan vendor/merchants sesuai bentuk kerjasamanya.
- Memberikan pelayanan yang responsif dan tepat sasaran atas setiap informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan baik oleh pelanggan maupun vendor/merchants.
- Meneruskan setiap laporan serta informasi lainnya yang diterima dari pelanggan dan vendor/merchants ke bagian yang terkait untuk segera ditindaklanjuti.
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan setiap pelanggan, vendor, merchants dan rekanan perusahaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan operasional usaha perusahaan.
**Kualifikasi**
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal D3.
- Pengalaman bekerja mínimal 2 tahun khususnya di bagian administrasi dan pelayanan pelanggan.
- Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman di dunia otomotif khususnya bengkel dan rental kendaraan.
- Menguasai komputer dan pembuatan laporan.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun bekerjasama dalam team.
