Account Management Staff

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Account Management Staff specializing in maintaining customer relationships to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing clients in the logistics industry.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned existing clients in the logistics sector.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
3. Understand clients' logistics needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support.
4. Proactively identify potential issues or concerns and address them promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues.
6. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
8. Prepare and present reports on account performance, including retention rates, revenue growth, and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in logistic, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or any similar roles within the logistics industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using system software and other relevant tools for customer management and reporting.
7. Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation modes, and industry best practices.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
