**Job Description**:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers in F&B industry
- Identifying and addressing customer pain points and concerns
- Developing and implementing customer retention strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generating reports on customer satisfaction and account status
- Communicating customer feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Assisting customers with onboarding and training
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Meeting or exceeding customer retention and revenue targets
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt to different customers, market, product, & company
- Strong understanding of F&B & retail industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop and implement strategies to meet them
- Very proactive with the customers and have a great desire to help customers solving their problems
