**Job Description**:

- Implement Key Account & Client Management programs and policies to retain and strengthen client relationships and meet business needs
- Track the alignment of the Key Account & Client Management activities to retain and expand current customer relationships
- Implement and execute high
- quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
- Implement, execute and maintain Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
- Contributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies
- Collaborate Industry
- specific relationship management activities, including broking, financial planning, asset management, advertising account management, etc.
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Key Account & Client Management practices

**Job Description**:

- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account Management in Pharma or FMCG industries
- Experience managing Hyper/ Super Market, Mini Market, Local Modern Trade/ Modern Trade Independent, Health & Beauty, Pharmacy Chain
- Able to foster relationships internally and externally
- English speaking is a plus
