Billing Assistant Manager

**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for verifying the data in the billing system
- Perform reconciliation of billing data per system with the main shipper
- Responsible for publishing billing in the physical form and sending it to the shipper
- Responsible for reviewing the AR aging report, also coordinating with the sales team for billing collection to the shipper.
- Prepare a billing estimation report
- Responsible for Billing/deductions for claims made accurately and on time
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting
- 5 Years working experience in Finance or Accounting
- Preferably having an experience in Billing and Collection
- Good leadership and team player, able to work independently & meet reporting deadlines, meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels professionally and in responsive manner
